Job Description
Bring your expertise to a dynamic educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students and staff across multiple school sites. This full-time, onsite contract role offers an opportunity to impact diverse learners by providing behavioral expertise district-wide, focusing on behavior and autism programs.
In this position, youll collaborate with building teams to facilitate assessments and guide program development. There is no direct student caseload, allowing you to focus on conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supporting staff through training and supervision. Youll also oversee and mentor two dedicated RBTs. Your contributions will guide best practices across the district and support positive student outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in Colorado (CO)
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials
- Experience providing behavioral expertise in K-12 educational settings, especially in behavior and autism support
- Proven ability to mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Commitment to working onsite throughout the duration of the contract
