Behavior Technicians & Special Education Paraprofessionals -  Everett, WA

ProCare Therapy is hiring full-time Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and experienced Special Education Paraprofessionals in the Everett, Washington area.

Were looking for candidates with hands-on experience supporting students or individuals with disabilities and behavioral needs. Experience can come from schools, ABA clinics, in-home services, or other special education and behavioral settings.

Position Details
Behavior Technician Pay: $30$39 per hour based on experience

Paraprofessional Pay: $27 -$31

Location: Everett, WA area
Schedule: MondayFriday
Full-time school-based positions 32.5 Hours per week. 

Roles Requiring transportation can be up to 40 hours per week

Consistent daytime school schedule

Who We're Looking For

We'd especially like to speak with candidates who have experience with:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
1:1 student or client support
ABA and behavioral intervention
Special Education classroom placements
Behavior plans and data collection
Positive reinforcement, prompting, redirection, and de-escalation
Supporting individuals with moderate to severe needs
Working collaboratively with teachers, BCBAs, therapists, and support staff

School experience is preferred for paraprofessionals, but relevant experience from clinics, in-home services, ABA programs, and similar settings is also highly valued.

Certification
Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) credential through the Washington State Department of Health (DOH)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experienced Special Education paraprofessionals who do not currently hold a CBT or RBT credential are also encouraged to apply
