Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience implementing behavioral intervention plans within school environments

• Commitment to ethical practices and professional development, including timely RBT renewal (26/27 cycle)
• Previous experience as an RBT within educational settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans
• Collect precise data on student progress and communicate findings to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and educational teams
• Support students in building positive behavioral skills and achieving academic, social, and emotional goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development related to behavioral health and educational support
• Maintain timely documentation and uphold school and ethical standards in all interactions
