Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience implementing behavioral intervention plans within school environments

- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards adapting in dynamic school contexts
- Commitment to ethical practices and professional development, including timely RBT renewal (26/27 cycle)
- Previous experience as an RBT within educational settings preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans
- Collect precise data on student progress and communicate findings to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and educational teams
- Support students in building positive behavioral skills and achieving academic, social, and emotional goals
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development related to behavioral health and educational support
- Maintain timely documentation and uphold school and ethical standards in all interactions
