BI (Behavior Interventionist) School-Based | South Burlington, VT | $27$30/hr

ProCare Therapy is hiring a Behavior Interventionist (BI) for a full-time school-based position in South Burlington, VT (32.5 hours/week). This role supports elementary students with high-intensity behavioral needs in a structured educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to elementary students
  • Support students with self-injurious behavior, elopement, and aggression
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies under supervision
  • Collect and document behavior data
  • Collaborate with school staff and behavior team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of ABA experience in a school setting recommended but not required
  • RBT certification not required if experience is strong
  • Experience with high-behavior needs preferred

Pay: $27$30/hr
