Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 care for a 6th-grade student during school hours (8:00am3:30pm)
- Support the students mild medical needs as outlined in their care plan
- Assist with mobility, daily living activities, and basic health monitoring as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe, inclusive environment
- Document care provided and report any concerns to nursing supervisors and school personnel
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the educational setting
