The assignment runs from March 2, 2026, through June 17, 2026, for 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia COTA license required
- School-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and independence
- Background clearance and compliance with school policies
What Youll Do:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT
- Support students participation in academic and functional activities
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to address students' needs
- Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Adapt materials and modify environments to promote student success
