ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a school-based opportunity in Mesa, Arizona. This role offers the chance to support students' functional and academic development while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and therapy professionals.
Work Schedule:
* Monday Friday
* 40 hours per week
* Start Date: July 27, 2026
* End Date: May 2027

Position Details:
* Full-time position
* School-based assignment in Mesa, Arizona
* Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
* Collaborative and supportive educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the supervising Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans and student goals
* Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
* Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills
* Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
* Assist with therapy materials, activities, and equipment management
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
Qualifications:
* Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
* Active Arizona COTA license required
* Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
* Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
