Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students individually, in small groups, and within the classroom environment
• Develop, implement, and assess programs to support student well-being and academic growth
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a positive school climate
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents, staff, and students
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Analyze and enhance existing counseling programs to address emerging needs
