Qualifications:

Current and valid Educational Diagnostician Certification is required
Solid understanding of special education laws, procedures, and best practices
Previous experience in an educational or school-based setting preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong capability to interpret assessment results and create evidence-based recommendations
Ability to work full time, committed to a five-day work week
Responsibilities:

Administer academic and cognitive assessments to identify educational needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
Interpret test outcomes and clearly communicate results with all stakeholders
Maintain accurate student records and adhere to confidentiality requirements
Provide recommendations for instructional strategies and accommodations
Support student achievement and compliance with federal and state regulations
