Job Description

Take the next step in your occupational therapy career by providing services to students across the K-12 spectrum for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity is designed for professionals passionate about making a difference in school-based settings, supporting student growth and success in the classroom and beyond. On-site presence is required, and travel OTs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid OT license within the state or eligibility to obtain before the start of assignment
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, faculty, and families
  • Ability to manage and organize a diverse caseload effectively
  • Commitment to fostering inclusion and adaptive strategies for student learning

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and set measurable goals tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational environments
  • Document progress and communicate outcomes with staff and families
  • Provide consultative support and training for teachers and staff regarding accommodations
  • Adapt and modify therapeutic activities to enable students participation in classroom routines
