Youll have the autonomy to choose your workdays, with options for Monday/Tuesday or Tuesday/Wednesday, working 3 hours per day from 8:3011:30 AM. Caseload size and specific age groups will be communicated during the interview; your focus will be on helping students reach developmental milestones and thrive in their learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Rhode Island OT license (required)
- Experience providing OT services in schools preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct student assessments and track progress
