Qualifications:
- Active OT credentials and certification required
- Prior experience in school-based OT, pediatric OT, home health, or general healthcare OT strongly desired
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary support team
- Strong communication skills and commitment to student care
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, treatment, and care planning for a range of student needs ages 2-18
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals to design individualized programs
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and adjust interventions as needed
- Support students in developing life skills essential for educational success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment
