Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
- Previous experience as a school-based OT, preferably serving K-12
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Organizational skills and adaptability to manage a sizable, diverse caseload
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct OT evaluations and re-evaluations for students across all grade levels
- Design and execute individualized intervention plans to address students' IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support optimal student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning and services
