What youll need:

• Certified Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) certification
• Previous school-based OT experience or clinical background is preferred
• Ability to work a part-time or full-time schedule, with at least 4 days per week
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting K-12 students across a varied caseload

What youll do:

• Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
• Design and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Provide direct OT services for students ranging from kindergarten through high school
• Monitor progress, adapt interventions, and document services in accordance with school protocols
• Participate in meetings and consult with families and staff
