Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist in Lawrence, MA. This candidate will provide therapy services to students with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory needs to support their educational access and overall success. This position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and academic success.
Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Caseload: K-12
Contract Dates: August 2026 - June 2027

Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services tailored to students developmental and educational needs in individual and group settings.
Conduct evaluations and assist in determining student eligibility for occupational therapy services within the school setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and student success.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and IEP-related records, in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a caseload efficiently.

Competitive hourly rate based on experience starting at $48/hour
