This full-time role offers you the chance to support a diverse caseload of up to 100 students, from pre-K through post-grad, collaborating with educators and families to enhance student success. The assignment runs from October 10 through December 18, providing a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Indiana Occupational Therapist licensure is required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP-related OT interventions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload spanning various age groups and needs
• Adaptability across multiple school buildings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and documentation in compliance with state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth and independence
• Travel as needed between buildings within the district
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP team meetings and professional development activities
