Youll provide a blend of 60 direct OT services and 50 consulting hours, helping students thrive academically and beyond. Your expertise will guide teachers and staff in creating inclusive, supportive classroom environments. Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active OT license in Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience delivering OT services in school settings
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and families
• Organizational skills to balance direct therapy and consulting duties
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to students with varied needs
• Consult with educators and parents/caregivers to implement classroom strategies
• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and outcomes
• Support ongoing improvements to school-based therapy programs
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to promote whole-child success
