Located in the scenic area near Patagonia, AZ, youll have the chance to make an impact while enjoying the unique charm of the region. There are two distinct positions availableselect what resonates with your passion and schedule.
Available Positions:
- Full-time, district-wide role (40 hours/week), serving a caseload of 60 students across four sites. Immerse yourself in meaningful relationships with students and staff, delivering continuous OT services that shape educational success.
- Part-time opportunity (2 days/week, 16 hours), with caseload and site assignments to be determined, offering more flexibility while still deeply supporting the needs of students.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple caseloads and collaborate with diverse teams
- Comfort with travel between school sites as needed
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with educators, families, and administrators
Expected Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments, develop, and implement treatment plans that support IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Work in partnership with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to encourage student participation and independence
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of your assigned students and educational environments
