Desired Qualifications:
- Active OT license in California (required)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued

- Flexibility to adapt strategies for a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and design individualized treatment plans for students across K-12 settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress and functional outcomes
- Document services and maintain compliance with school and legal requirements
- Deliver direct and consultative services, participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt interventions using creative, evidence-based approaches to optimize student participation in school tasks
