Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team serving schools in San Miguel, California. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support a small, manageable caseload of approximately 25 students across 3 school sites. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a balanced workload. This full-time position involves providing occupational therapy services that support students in developing the functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills needed for academic success and independence.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree In Occupational Therapy
- Valid, Active State OT Board License
- American Occupational therapy Association (AOTA)
- Experienced in a school-based setting K-12 preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
- Provide direct OT services in individual and group settings within school environments.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple school sites.

Compensation for this position ranges from $42 to $52. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here.
