There are two distinct positions to match your preferred schedule and experience: a full-time role serving district-wide (40 hours per week, caseload of 60, across four sites) and a part-time option (2 days per week, 16 hours, with caseload and sites to be determined). Both roles offer you the variety and challenge of serving diverse school communities while providing vital support that enables student growth and participation.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Arizona
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Compassionate communication and collaborative approach
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs
- Commitment for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year
- Comfortable traveling between multiple sites (for district-wide position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct OT services to help students achieve academic and functional goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Support school teams with consultation and training
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
