Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
- Prior experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and school-based OT documentation
- Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Position Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, contract role with consistent weekday hours
- Assignment begins August 11, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027
- Serve a minimum caseload of 40 students as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Deliver therapy services in person only (no remote or virtual options)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to the assessment and eligibility process
- Travel between assigned school sites within the district to provide interventions
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
