Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a school-based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role is available in the vibrant San Fernando Valley area, serving a diverse K-12 caseload. Assignments may be itinerant, requiring travel between schools, and provide a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience within school settings, serving K-12 populations
- Sound understanding of standardized assessments, educational terminology, and the Special Education process
- Ability to manage changing caseloads and comfortably work with minimal direct supervision
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to interface with staff, families, and students
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classrooms and therapy spaces
- Document evaluations, progress, and therapy encounters consistently and accurately
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and service providers
- Guide teachers and families with strategies for student engagement and functional skill-building in educational settings
- Remain current on professional standards, district protocols, and state regulations
