Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in Michigan
- Experience with fine and gross motor skill interventions
- Proficiency in school-based OT practices, including teletherapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Pediatric school experience preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in PreK-12th grade
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
- Support students in achieving educational, functional, and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
