Key Qualifications:

• Must be highly qualified in one of the following ways:
  • Successfully pass the MN Para Educator Exam (Proof of passing score required)
  • Possess at least 60 completed college credits (official transcripts required)
• Experience supporting students or working in school settings as a paraprofessional is highly desirable
• Comfortable and willing to provide toileting and personal care support as needed
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instruction and implementing classroom plans
• Support students individually and in small groups, adapting to diverse needs
• For setting/resource roles: work with different grade levels in the mornings and afternoons
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Provide support with behavioral and social skills development
• Participate in ongoing communication with the instructional team

• Competitive hourly compensation of $20
• 32.5-hour work weeks, Monday through Friday
