This contract opportunity focuses on delivering individualized support to students with a variety of educational needs alongside a dedicated teaching team. Key Qualifications:
- Must be highly qualified in one of the following ways:
- Successfully pass the MN Para Educator Exam (Proof of passing score required)
- Possess at least 60 completed college credits (official transcripts required)
- Experience supporting students or working in school settings as a paraprofessional is highly desirable
- Comfortable and willing to provide toileting and personal care support as needed
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering instruction and implementing classroom plans
- Support students individually and in small groups, adapting to diverse needs
- For setting/resource roles: work with different grade levels in the mornings and afternoons
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Provide support with behavioral and social skills development
- Participate in ongoing communication with the instructional team

- Competitive hourly compensation of $20
- 32.5-hour work weeks, Monday through Friday
