Job Description
Step into a vital support role within an engaging elementary environment, collaborating with educators to make an impact in the lives of students. There are three immediate openings for highly qualified paraprofessionals on a contract basis, with the potential for a direct hire after a 90-day period. Assignments are available in center-based (CB) and resource/support settings for various grade levels, offering a fulfilling and varied workday.
Key Qualifications:
- Must meet Minnesotas highly qualified standard: either a passing score on the MN Paraprofessional or Para Educator Exam, OR at least 60 college credits with official transcripts.
- Ability to provide both resume and qualifying documentationcandidates cannot be considered without these.
- Flexibility and willingness to support students across grade levels, with openness to assisting with toileting as part of daily responsibilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers and special education staff in implementing instructional and behavioral plans.
- Facilitate student participation in both group and individual activities.
- Assist with personal care and basic needs for students as required.
- Rotate between grade levels during the day, adapting support to meet evolving classroom needs.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere.

- Scheduled for 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, following school-day hours (9:10 AM 4:10 PM).
