What youll bring:
- Training in Behavior Intervention or comparable hands-on experience working with behavioral needs in educational settings

What youll do:
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral support and guidance to assigned students in both classroom and less structured settings
- Implement behavior support plans and utilize proactive strategies to encourage positive social and academic behaviors
- Collaborate with classroom educators and support staff to adapt instructional activities to best suit student needs
- Monitor progress, record observations, and share meaningful updates with the student support team
