Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a related educational setting

• Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic approach to daily challenges and classroom activities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in special education is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Support students by providing instructional and behavioral assistance, individually or in small groups
• Help implement teachers lesson plans and classroom activities
• Assist with academic tasks, daily routines, and student engagement
• Promote a positive, inclusive educational environment for learners of all abilities
• Document student progress and communicate observations with educational team members
