Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed
• Reinforce lessons and facilitate learning experiences
• Monitor and encourage student participation and engagement
• Support students with special needs, implementing accommodations or modifications
• Help with classroom setup, organization, and general supervision
• Communicate effectively with the classroom teacher regarding student progress and needs
• Foster a safe and welcoming academic environment for all students
