Desired Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in a classroom or school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with special education or working alongside teachers is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing daily classroom activities
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Participate in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
• Encourage student engagement, independence, and positive behavior
• Provide help with classroom organization and preparation of learning materials
• Collaborate professionally with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support student success
