Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for a middle school student experiencing anxiety. This role focuses on helping the student navigate the school day, build confidence, and remain engaged in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
Assist the student with managing anxiety and transitions between classes
Support academic engagement and classroom participation
Implement strategies to promote emotional regulation and independence
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff
Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

Experience working with students with anxiety or emotional needs preferred
Paraprofessional experience or related background is a plus
Patient, calm, and supportive demeanor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow guidance and implement support strategies
