ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated ABA Professional for a school-based contract position in Redding, California. This is a full-time opportunity for the 20262027 school year, offering $22 per hour and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success.

Position Details
-Position: Applied Behavior Analysis Professional

-Location: Redding, CA
-School Year: 20262027
-Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday
-Hours: 30 hours per week
-Setting: School-based, onsite
-Pay: $22 per hour
-Position Type: Full-time contract

Responsibilities
-Provide classroom support in a school setting.
-Assist students with academic, behavioral, and daily living needs.
-Provide toileting and diapering assistance as required.
-Support students with personal care and daily living activities.
-Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to help students meet their educational goals.
-Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
-Encourage student independence and participation in classroom activities.

Qualifications
-Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
-Willingness and ability to provide toileting and diapering assistance is required.
-Ability to successfully pass a background check.
-Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
-Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting student success.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team.
