Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience working with children or in a classroom setting preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training/certification as a paraprofessional is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and maintaining a supportive learning climate
• Provide individualized or small group support to students, including those with diverse learning needs
• Help manage classroom behavior, encourage participation, and promote positive social skills
• Support students during transitions, meal times, and other non-instructional activities
• Complete documentation and maintain confidentiality regarding student information
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning as requested
