SFUSD is seeking compassionate and motivated Paraprofessionals to support teachers and help students succeed in the classroom. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and making a positive impact in students' lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with student supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
