Key Qualifications:
- Experience supporting children or youth in educational or care settings

- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or related certifications a plus)
- Willingness to pass background checks and comply with school safety requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering instruction and managing classroom activities
- Provide individual or small-group support to students with academic or behavioral needs
- Help facilitate positive student engagement and encourage participation
- Support students with assignments, organization, and classroom transitions
- Monitor student behavior and report observations to teaching staff
- Prepare learning materials and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment
