Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to K12 students throughout Pennsylvania during the 20262027 school year. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to support students, families, and educational teams through virtual assessment, consultation, counseling, and special education services while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations for students referred for special education services.
- Administer, score, and interpret virtual assessments in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations and best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and present findings to multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP, ER, RR, and eligibility meetings.
- Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health concerns.
- Deliver individual and group counseling services as appropriate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral intervention plans and positive behavior supports.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with school personnel to ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements.
- Support crisis intervention and threat assessment processes as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification.
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and Section 504.
- Proficiency with virtual assessment tools and teletherapy platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
- Previous experience providing virtual school psychology services.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania special education procedures and timelines.
