Step into a pivotal role supporting students growth and mobility in the school setting! This contract-based, part-time opportunity is ideal for dedicated physical therapists eager to make a tangible impact. Serving learners from Kindergarten through 8th Grade, youll deliver on-site PT services multiple campuses in the region, with duties spanning the academic year from August 11, 2025, through June 17, 2026.

Your schedule offers both flexibility and predictability: fulfill 10 hours per week, choosing your days and working within typical school hours (first session as early as 8 AM, last possible at 3 PM). Mileage reimbursement ensures your travel between campuses is covered, letting you focus your energy on your students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Massachusetts
• Experience or passion for working with students in an educational environment, especially grades K8
• Ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based interventions tailored to a school setting
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapists
• Must complete fingerprinting and CORI background check prior to start

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct physical therapy services to help students achieve their fullest potential
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
• Guide and educate school staff and families on supporting student progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation per school and district guidelines
• Adapt approaches to meet the diverse needs and settings of the students
