Job Description

Make an impact in education by supporting students growth and mobility in a school-based Physical Therapy role. This part-time contract opportunity runs from August 11, 2025, through June 17, 2026, providing essential PT services onsite to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Enjoy the flexibility of a schedule that operates between 8 AM and 3 PM, with choice on which days you work, while fulfilling a weekly commitment of 10 hours. Travel to campuses (with mileage reimbursement) to deliver in-person care and collaborate with dedicated school teams to help every student achieve their movement and functional goals in an engaging, supportive environment.

What you'll bring:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (required)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
• Ability to work onsite, traveling between campus locations
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and individual PT plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and inclusive practices
• Must complete fingerprinting and CORI background checks

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in K8 grades, supporting their participation and success in school activities
• Assess students motor abilities, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals for optimal student support
• Adapt interventions for diverse learning and physical needs
• Maintain accurate records according to school and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations as needed
