Youll serve students across multiple school sites in an onsite-only, itinerant role, ensuring hands-on support for learners unique needs.

What Youll Bring:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license and certification in Oregon
• Experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Able to efficiently travel and manage a caseload across multiple K-12 locations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic school environments
• Three most recent supervisor references required for consideration

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored physical therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs, evaluations, and school therapy best practices
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Travel between designated schools, ensuring all assigned students receive timely and effective therapy
• Keep accurate and thorough records of student progress, attendance, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive planning for students educational needs
• Educate staff and caregivers on supportive strategies and equipment when appropriate
