What Youll Need:

  • Active RBT license, or the motivation to obtain your RBT certification if you're a dedicated paraprofessional
  • Experience or passion for working with children and youth in K-12 school settings
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
  • Adaptability, patience, and empathy towards students with diverse needs

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support students with autism spectrum disorder or other behavioral needs within classroom and one-on-one settings
  • Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, other school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative school team focused on student growth and success
