Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to a dynamic school setting supporting students across K12 grade levels. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll work 1:1 with students, making a meaningful impact on their educational journey. This contract opportunity welcomes dedicated professionals with a passion for behavioral support and a willingness to travel to the DeFuniak Springs region.

What you'll bring:

Active RBT certification in good standing
Experience working with students in grades K5, 68, and/or 912 strongly preferred
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students, staff, and families
Skilled at collecting data and documenting student progress
Capacity to follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills
Willingness to work onsite in a school environment
Key responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral intervention to students with varying needs
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to implement ABA strategies
Maintain accurate records of behavioral observations and progress
Support students in participating fully in academic and social activities
Contribute to the development and ongoing revision of student behavior plans
Attend relevant meetings and training sessions as required
Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all learners
