Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 20262027 school year in Elizabeth, CO. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment, supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and promote student success across academic and social settings.
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $28-$30/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA
Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students
Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) as directed
Support students in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency of interventions
Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment
Follow all ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of student information
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Promote positive behavior strategies and a safe, inclusive school climate
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience working with children, particularly in a school or ABA setting, preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and work collaboratively with a team
Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting student growth
