Step into a dynamic and rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a vibrant school setting near Los Angeles for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to students across a diverse caseload.
What You Bring:
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience implementing ABA strategies and behavioral intervention plans in school or pediatric settings
- Skilled in data collection and documentation
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to support students across elementary, middle, and high school
- Ability to build rapport with students and foster positive behaviors
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 or group ABA interventions to students with behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs
- Assist in developing, modifying, and implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Track and document student progress and behavioral outcomes
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other school professionals
- Support students in managing behaviors to maximize their success and inclusion in the learning environment
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team meetings
