What were looking for:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience delivering 1:1 care, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
- Commitment to confidentiality and best practices in student care
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individualized behavioral interventions in a 1:1 setting with students
- Implement behavior modification plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data, monitor progress, and report outcomes as directed
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support students academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping
- Participate in ongoing professional development as required
