Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and behavior teams to implement prescribed intervention plans
  • Deliver one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral or developmental needs
  • Collect, record, and track data on student progress as outlined in individualized plans
  • Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and insights on student growth
