Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience providing ABA therapy in educational or pediatric environments
  • Knowledge of data collection systems and behavioral intervention planning
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude when working with students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Foster a supportive, respectful classroom environment to promote positive behaviors
  • Provide direct 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students
  • Support teachers by offering insight and strategies for managing challenging behaviors
  • Communicate progress with educational teams and families as required
