Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Certification as a School Nurse (CSN)
• Prior experience in school settings or pediatric care preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, individualized care to students in a 1:1 setting
• Skilled in supporting students medical and health needs during school transportation
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and other health professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care and health management to assigned students, adhering to their individualized healthcare plans
• Offer support and supervision during transport to and from school, ensuring student safety at all times
• Document and track all health services provided, maintaining accurate and confidential records
• Respond promptly to any health emergencies or concerns in the school environment
• Work closely with staff and families to foster a supportive, inclusive, and healthy school atmosphere
