Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Previous school or 1:1 nursing experience required
- Comfort working with medically complex students
- Commitment to compassionate, individualized care
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 total care for a middle school student with CHARGE syndrome
- Manage all ADLs, mobility (2-person lift), and continuous g-tube feeding
- Administer blood glucose checks and respond to hypoglycemia as needed
- Utilize communication board to support non-verbal student interaction
- Work scheduled Tuesdays & Fridays (full school days), 15 hours per week
- Option to accept substitute or per diem RN shifts for extra hours
