Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and qualified 1:1 School Nurse (RN or LVN) for the 20262027 school year in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide dedicated healthcare support to a 9th-grade student in a school setting, ensuring their medical needs are met while promoting a safe and successful educational experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, School Hours
Compensation & Benefits:
LVN Pay Range: $35$60 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
RN Pay Range: $65$120 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one nursing care and health support to a 9th-grade student throughout the school day
Monitor and manage the students medical needs in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Administer medications and treatments as required
Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and health-related concerns
Maintain accurate and timely health records and documentation
Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
Promote student safety, health, and participation in academic and school activities
Follow all district, state, and federal healthcare regulations and guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
Qualifications:
Active California RN or LVN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous pediatric, school-based, or one-on-one nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and respond effectively in a school environment
