Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist Certification in Oklahoma required
- Experience as a School Psychologist or School Psychometrist in educational settings is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with psychological testing, assessments, and best practices for supporting high school students
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Skilled at collaborating with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of educational policies and psychological assessment tools
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for high school students
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
- Provide counseling and support to students facing academic or social-emotional challenges
- Consult with school staff and families to foster student growth and promote mental well-being
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to relevant educational guidelines and policies
- Participate actively in eligibility meetings, team conferences, and professional development
